Regine le Roux

Regine is a leading corporate reputation specialist with an Honours Degree in Communication Management (Cum Laude) and an MCom from the University of Pretoria. She founded Reputation Matters in 2005, a firm renowned for its reputation research and strategic communication expertise. Over the years, she has advised clients across industries including government, waste management, education, ICT, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and retail — from parastatals to JSE-listed corporations.

As a mentor at Milpark Business School, Regine has guided numerous MBA students and developed tailored strategies in communication, change, and marketing. She is the author of Reputation Matters: Building Blocks to Becoming the Business People Want to Do Business With and a former contributor to Leadership Magazine.

Beyond business, she founded Re.Bag.Re.Use, an initiative empowering Hout Bay women to crochet reusable bags from bread bags, reducing plastic waste and creating income opportunities. Passionate about ethics and reputation in Africa, Regine and her team have presented their research for the African Public Relations Association since 2018.
