Regine le Roux

Regine is a corporate reputation specialist. She completed her Communication Management Honours degree Cum Laude at the University of Pretoria in 2001, and completed her MCom within a year. Regine founded Reputation Matters in 2005 and hand picks and manages several teams that implement communication strategies. She has gained much practical experience through several Communication, Change and Marketing Strategies compiled for clients in both the private and public domains. Regine developed the Repudometer®, which is one of the first tools that has been developed to quantify an organisation’s reputation. Regine is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Directors in Southern Africa (IoDSA) and sits on the advisory committee for the Western Cape. Regine is the author of: Reputation Matters, Building blocks to becoming the business people want to do business with. Over weekends you will find her either on her bicycle or donning her pink skort for the Hout Bay Harriers.
Chanell Kemp

Chanell has a passion for communication and strives to achieve excellence in every aspect of her life, both on a personal and professional level. She won numerous academic awards at the University of Pretoria: B.Com Communication Management (Cum Laude) undergrad ABSA award winner, B.Com Honours Communication Management (Cum Laude) ABSA best student award winner, and the Golden Key award. In 2017 she completed her B.Com Masters degree in Communication Management and the topic of her research was workplace communication, specifically focused on the communication style preferences of different genders and generations. Her research article achieved a distinction and she also won the prize for the best B.Com Masters student. After completing her Honours, Chanell gained 11 years of work experience before joining the Reputation Matters team. She worked as head of Communication and Public Relations for Mrs South Africa and she also worked for My Week magazine and Creative Entertainment talent managers. She gained experience working in the labour relations industry as well as financial services sector. In her free time, Chanell enjoys spending time with her family; being a mother of twins, she understands that balance is key to achieve success and excellence. She also enjoys reading and writing, and would like to publish a book one day. Chanell is fluent in English and Afrikaans and has a basic understanding of German.
Chris Bischoff
Reputation Manager
Academic Qualifications: B.Tech Environmental Management (2015), CPUT.
Chris qualified in Environmental Management in 2015, achieving a Golden Key award for being identified as part of the top 15% academic achievers in the field of Environmental and Sustainability studies. He focused his B.Tech Thesis research on identifying the source of solid waste pollution that occurs on Hout Bay beach. This involved organising beach cleanups to collect data from analysing collected waste. This was done with the aim of implementing source reduction as a waste management solution in areas of high waste generation. Alongside his studies he has been actively involved with a local NPO in Hout Bay who addresses sustainability issues in under-resourced communities. This gave him experience in environmental auditing, sustainability assessments, environmental education and organisational communications. He spends his free time surfing and exploring our coastline for new surf spots, mountain biking and playing guitar. He is also a new dad on the block. My life motto is “Be the change you wish to see in the world” ~ Gandhi Fluent in English. Second language is Afrikaans and is currently learning German.
